About Our Little Sleepers, Infant Sleep Consultancy

Welcome to Our Little Sleepers, where I’m dedicated to helping your little ones, and you, get the restful sleep you deserve.

I’m Victoria Peacock, a certified infant sleep consultant in Tiptree, Essex, helping parents of babies and children up to five years old. I provide gentle, attachment-led sleep support, including one-to-one consultations and group workshops, for families facing challenges such as night wakings, early rising, difficulty settling, and toddler sleep issues. My approach prioritises calm, care, and connection, helping families across Essex achieve better sleep for their children and themselves.

I bring over 25 years of experience working with children and families, including roles as a mother’s help, nanny, nursery nurse, qualified Early Years teacher, and Deputy Headteacher. I’m also a mum to my 7-year-old son, Zachary, and live in Tiptree with him and my husband, Ryan.

My journey into sleep support is deeply personal. Despite having worked with children for 18 years before becoming a parent, nothing prepared me for the challenges of sleepless nights. Zachary was a very unsettled sleeper, and alongside his struggles with eczema, nights felt especially overwhelming. For a long time, I believed his sleep difficulties were something we just had to endure.

It wasn’t until I began to explore his sleep with calm, care, and connection that things started to change. I realised just how powerful sleep really is. Sleep doesn’t just leave you feeling tired—it affects your energy, relationships, parenting, and overall wellbeing.

Through my work with hundreds of families, I’ve seen that sleep rarely “just fixes itself.” With the right support, meaningful and lasting change is absolutely possible.

My approach is responsive and attachment-led, always prioritising the parent-child connection. I create personalised sleep plans that respect your child’s needs and your family’s values. I am also an ACFC-accredited coach, meaning my work is grounded in ethical, evidence-based practice. Whether you’re navigating night wakings, early rising, or settling difficulties, I’m here to support you with understanding, empathy, and expert guidance.

When you’re ready to make a positive change to your child’s sleep, you’re warmly invited to get in touch. I offer a free 20-minute sleep assessment so we can talk through your challenges and see if we’re the right fit to work together.

Testimonials

Proudly Rated 5 Stars

If your baby isn't sleeping well, look no further. Our baby slept well as a newborn but after 4 months, everything went wrong! By the six month mark we felt broken through sleep deprivation. Our Little sleepers were our saviour. The bespoke guidance and expert advice gave us the knowledge and skills to support our baby to meet our sleep goals for her. Just a few weeks later, at seven months old, she now sleeps consistently through the night without a dummy and self-settles all by herself. I could not recommend Our Little Sleepers highly enough. If you are even in doubt about whether you need to seek help or not because it could be just a phase do it! Do it, do it, do it! We spent two months thinking it would pass, trawling through the conflicting guidance online, but nothing seemed to work. Our Little Sleepers had the answer for us, and no doubt they will for you too.

We cannot thank Victoria enough for the incredible support she provided when we were struggling with our daughter Sienna's sleep at 10 months old. From the very first conversation, she was warm, understanding and reassuring, giving us the confidence to make the changes needed.

Victoria's guidance was practical, tailored to our family's needs and most importantly, gentle. She talked us through each step with so much patience and encouragement, making what once felt so overwhelming completely manageable. The changes she helped us implement have been truly transformational- Sienna is now sleeping so much better, and we feel like a new family!

We highly recommend Victoria to any parents looking for expert advice and compassionate support on their baby's sleep journey. She has truly been a lifesaver! Thank you.

A magician. No other word for it. Victoria is empathetic, patient and professional. We had been struggling with numerous night wakes with our two year old son, and we were feeling completely lost on what we should and should not be doing. Victoria cuts through all the white noise and helps build a tailor made plan. Victoria guides you through its workings with compassion and kindness. Our son sleeps through the night now after 2 years of trying!

I can't even put into words how much your help has changed our lives and most importantly Indie's. She was an overtired baby surving on adrenaline and looked unwell with dark circles under her eyes. Your work took 1 night of hard work (and it wasn't even that bad!) and after this it was pretty much plain sailing towards a 7-7 overnight sleep and predictable naps during the day. She self settles during the night if she does wake and cry, and if I ever do have to go in it's only ever for a minute or so. Sleep training isn't something I considered without a lot of thought and if I'm honest I wish we did it with our first little girl as it's made the world of difference. Victoria is so knowledgeable, kind and reassuring and I felt like I could message her about anything at any time (even on Christmas day!) Myself and my partner have both said it is the best money we have ever spent- our whole household is well rested and much happier so we cannot thank you enough!

I worked with Victoria when my son was six months old as he was having horrible meltdowns throughout the day and had no sleeping pattern during the day or night so we did not know what to expect every day. Victoria gave us a plan to follow which introduced regular naps and the difference in Lenny is amazing. Now he is having adequate sleep for his age, he is the happiest baby. No meltdowns and he's even mostly sleeping through the night. The support that Victoria gave me throughout the whole process was so so important. There were so many times I wanted to give up but I kept going because of her and I am so grateful I did because it's changed all of our lives for the better. I cannot recommend Our Little Sleepers enough. Thanks so much again!

We have had the best experience working with Our Little Sleepers. Our 8 month old was waking every few hours and would not settle in her cot, bedtime was so stressful and we didn't know what to do to help our baby fall to sleep peacefully. We started working with Our Little Sleepers, Victoria explained about wake windows and wrote out a personalised plan for our baby with a gentle no tears approach to getting her off to sleep. After working with Victoria for a couple of days our baby was falling asleep more easily and seemed happier and more confident in her cot. It's been a few weeks now and our baby is sleeping 11- 12 hours a night with 2 daytime naps. She is much happier and we are finally getting some sleep again!

I was so scared to return to work out of the fear of being constantly exhausted. Our 6 month old was taking hours to settle in the evenings and waking every 2/3 hours through the night. Her naps were never consistent and would only last 20 minutes if we ever managed to get her down. After working with Victoria and her constant reassurance and support we now have a 7 month old who goes down at 7pm no fuss. Sleeps through until 6:30am and naps for hours at a time! And, not to mention, completely self settles! We cannot thank Victoria enough for helping us make this change for our family. We will use Victoria when we have another baby and recommend her to all of our friends too. Thank you again for all of your help. You really have changed our lives.

After the four month sleep regression we thought it was time to work on things, such as having Millie sleep in her own cot. We have struggled with sleep on and off since birth but after the regression we knew it was time for us and Millie to ensure good rest. A friend of mine recommended Our Little Sleepers to me after seeking some support for her little one... I can honestly say (and I never thought I would) we have had some amazing results with Millie. She now self settles (except for her dummy... I'm working on that!), sleeps all night (except for feeds) and I feel confident enough to adjust things as we go day by day, based on what we are doing. I never wanted anything strict but I wanted a good basic foundation to build on as Millie gets older. Thanks to Victoria, I have learnt a lot!!! And, my darling girl is thriving. If you have any sleep/nap issues, even the smallest things, please contact Victoria as it was so worth it for us!

I first met Victoria at my local bay group when Harper was 5 weeks old. I listened carefully for all the things I should be doing now and also for future reference. I then attended her free coffee morning when Harper was around 4 months old. Again listening in and making sure I was on track for upcoming sleep changes and to help me come out of the 4 months sleep ‘regression’.

On and off I contacted Victoria with occasional sleep questions which she was all to happy to support with and helped me navigate little challenges.

Then along came another sleep ‘regression’ at around 7 months for us. We just couldn’t get out of it alone this time and with my return to work around the corner I needed help.

Harper was waking multiple times a night (sometimes 4 or more times) and needing my help to resettle every-time with cuddles or patting. We also experienced lots of split nights where she would be awake for 2 hours, from around 3am. I was exhausted and didn’t know how to carry on. Nap times were a battle too, with lots of crying.

So we contacted Victoria and her 1:1 support was worth every penny! I used to find it being called an investment funny but that’s exactly what it is!

Harper now sleeps through most nights because together with Victoria we got her wake windows right and taught her how to self settle when she does wake up in the night.

We worked on gradually reducing the support she needs at bedtime and now I can put her down in the cot, leave the room and she settles herself. We’ve navigated teething which set us back but now I have tools that I can always go back to that allow for support when she really needs it most but can get us back on track after. Nap time battles are now rare because I am able to better spot when Harper truly ready for her nap and use our sleepy phase and routine to let her know it’s time to sleep.

Victoria was always responsive over our 3 week period, replying to my questions, navigating tricky days and talking me through how to be flexible when we wanted to go out for the day.

It was also amazing to have someone to celebrate the highs as well as the lows with.

I honestly don’t know where we would have been without her support. 1:1 support works because through the sleep analysis and video consultation Victoria got to know Harper and her needs. It also made me accountable to someone, who ultimately I didn’t want to disappoint or have wasted my money.

If you’re struggling, don’t, there is help. I wish we did it a bit sooner but glad that before I returned to work I now get my much needed sleep.
